Donations and Refunds
By donating via text, you agree to have the donation amount and standard text message cost added to your mobile phone bill or deducted from your prepaid credit. Donations made online or through text, including items purchased from the Virtual Shop or Wishlist, represent the intended use of funds but may not directly fund the selected item. Wishlist donations support projects related to the chosen theme, while Virtual Shop donations help fund new clinics in Bangladesh.

Excess donations for a specific appeal will be redirected to help vulnerable children globally where needed most. Refunds are generally not provided under Charity Commission rules, but exceptions may be made at the foundation’s discretion. Refund requests should be emailed to contact@unitedmedhelp.org.uk, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
